Pickup — Common Questions

Yes. Doorstep pickup is a core part of our service. You do not need to visit any courier office. Once your booking is confirmed, our team or the partner carrier's agent will arrive at your location at the scheduled time to collect the package. This applies to both domestic and international shipments.

Once your shipment booking is confirmed and payment is arranged, our team or the assigned partner carrier's agent will arrive at your home, office, or warehouse at the agreed pickup time. You simply need to have the parcel packed, sealed, and labelled (we can guide you on labelling). The agent will collect the package and issue you a receipt with the Airway Bill (AWB) number for tracking.

Pickup slots are available Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM, subject to the partner carrier's cut-off times in your area. We recommend booking your pickup at least 2–3 hours before the desired slot to ensure timely scheduling. Same-day pickups are available in select areas of Ghaziabad, Delhi NCR, and surrounding regions.

Once your booking is confirmed, we will share the shipping label with you by email or WhatsApp. You will need to print it and securely affix it to the outermost surface of the parcel. If you do not have access to a printer, inform us in advance and we will arrange for the label to be brought at the time of pickup in select service areas.
