Shipping and Delivery

Please review our official shipping and delivery details below.

1. Overview of Shipping Services

Global Flash Courier connects you to a vast network of domestic and international carriers. Once your booking is confirmed, our system or logistics team routes your shipment through the most efficient partner carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Bluedart, Trackon) based on your selected service level (Express or Economy) and destination.

2. Doorstep Pickup Process

We pride ourselves on offering convenient doorstep pickups. Pickups are scheduled during standard business hours. Senders must ensure that the consignment is fully packed, sealed, and ready with the appropriate printed shipping labels and invoices before the pickup agent arrives. Delays in readiness may result in a rescheduled pickup and delayed transit times.

3. Packaging Guidelines & Customer Responsibility

Proper packaging is the sole responsibility of the sender. Items must be packed in sturdy, corrugated boxes with adequate cushioning (bubble wrap, peanuts, foam) to withstand normal transit shocks and handling. Fragile items must be clearly marked. Global Flash Courier and its partner carriers are not liable for any damages resulting from inadequate or improper packaging.

4. Delivery Timelines and Estimates

All transit and delivery times provided on our platform are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. While our partners strive to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including severe weather conditions, natural disasters, airline strikes, logistical backlogs, and customs clearance delays.

5. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Shipments

Our partner carriers typically make up to two or three delivery attempts to the recipient's address. If the recipient is unavailable, refuses to accept the parcel, or if the provided address is incorrect/incomplete, the shipment will be marked as undeliverable. In such cases, the parcel may be returned to the origin (RTO). The sender will be fully responsible for all return shipping charges, which are often higher than the outbound shipping cost.

6. Address Accuracy

A complete, accurate delivery address is mandatory. This must include the correct postal code (PIN/ZIP code), building number, street name, and an active, reachable mobile number for the recipient. Global Flash Courier accepts no liability for misdeliveries or delays caused by inaccurate customer-provided information.

7. International Customs and Duties

For international shipments, all items are subject to customs inspection in the destination country. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient (Delivery Duty Unpaid - DDU). If the recipient refuses to pay these charges, the package may be abandoned or returned at the sender's expense.

8. Shipment Tracking

Once your parcel is scanned at the carrier's hub, you will receive an Airway Bill (AWB) tracking number. You can monitor the real-time progress of your shipment via our support channels or directly on the respective partner carrier's tracking portal.
